That would work, if I knew which groups to ask for which pictures and which ones I downloaded from other sources. But I also lost more than just photos, I lost conversations, downloads, and can't take new pictures or send the ones I have in the cloud. Factory reset shouldn't be the only way out of this clusterfuck
