Sam's choice has 99% cadmium - only 1% below the limit. They point out that no level of cadmium is safe... so how can they say it's okay to eat Sam's Choice chocolate? Maybe they need to describe their limit choice better. It seems like they might have tested everything then chosen their limit so that half the products were okay.
