Yes, browsing twitter these days feels like walking into a toy store where you can buy anything in the store, but everything in it is sold in exchange for time/attention. The main problem is just the for you feed. Usually I'll mostly get posts from people I know IRL, but browsing a bit down you just get all these viral posts that are super interesting, but I don't have the time/attention to devote into bringing those toys home.
