Am in my third week of trying to organise one day of sober work with the person who is supposed to be a co-founder of a business I am trying to get started.
The problem I seem to have with trying to do technical businesses with non-technical people is trying to get them to do any work at all unless there is a bar involved.

Every business either technical or non-technical requires certain non-technical founders who can thrive sales and manage business aspects. Each founder should divide work and focus on their own part in the business.
