In my experience late pickup fees work as intended, this is the first I've heard of anything to the contrary.

It intuitively makes sense but I don't think you can draw any universal conclusions from just this study.
- watwut 3y agoIt is an anecdote, not exactly something reproduced multiple times in controlled experiments.
