It is a very sad thing to remove TLD for any country, no matter if it does not exist anymore. As the author underlined, tons of valuable and interesting historical resources are lost for good.
ICANN should change this rule, IMHO.

- MichaelMoser123 3y agoYour suggestion is equivalent to getting rid of 'that internet'. Actually such a development would make sense - first there are the regional wars, then comes fragmentation and the end of that global communication network.
