Ask HN: What's the easiest way to sell a bunch of SQLite databases online?

I have a small side project I'm working on, the output of which is an ever growing back catalogue of SQLite databases other people might find useful to grab en masse for their own purposes. I provide the latest ones for free; getting the full set costs 1 dollar. I doubt more than a handful of people will pay on any given day, so I'm thinking I will just put up a link to a Stripe payment and then manually email anyone who pays $1 a link where they can download that day's collected back catalogue. Has anyone done something like this before, at this small scale of a level?
