Indeed. The poster's legalese may well be valid, but the intent here is quite plain for all to see, as evidenced by youtube's response.

Their decision to de-monetize Brand (which came before the letter and is entirely independent of it)? Or their response to the letter we're discussing (which they were not sent, and do not appear to have responded to?)?
