I would be more scared by AI used for invigilation. it's not possible to invigilate everyone by human team, but scaling ai to read and classify all your messages you send to the internet? with military budget I would argue is in plausable area. I'm not saying doing it is worth the effort, but maybe on lower scale for lower priority targets that you would not want to waste resources, maybe?
