For work, no. We're heavily based around mapping tools which don't degrade well (if at all) so optimizing for the non JavaScript users makes little sense for us

For work, no. We're heavily based around mapping tools which don't degrade well (if at all) so optimizing for the non JavaScript users makes little sense for us.
Most of my personal projects also require JavaScript because they're things that I build to play around with new technology.
