How GCP support compares to AWS support? What is your personal experience with support?
- pyrophane 3y agoHaving had experience with both at the level of companies spending $50-100k/mo I can say both were pretty equally bad.
- throwaway2990 3y agoI doubt you were experiencing bad support with aws. You’re just bias.
- pirsquare 3y agoAmazon is A-tier. GCP is F-tier GCP - Shutdown our production servers and took 1 whole week to get it resolved. Nothing fraudulent on our end. Just for missing out on KYC form.
