- m463 3y agoprobably to prevent the oil from coming to the top, like other expensive peanut butters
- silotis 3y agoAccording to the pdf the source isn't even pure peanut butter. It also contains sugar and vegetable oils so it's probably based on one of the cheap emulsified varieties.
- anthomtb 3y agoFair point. Maybe I should upgrade from Skippy before I turn 40. Weird aside, my mother burned out her immersion blender attempting to reconstitute a jar of natural peanut butter. I now stir a few jars for her when visiting.
