Hmm that is a good explanation - AA munitions are low ordnance typically, so their effect against concrete would be low. Yeah I really don't know what or who caused it, or on purpose or not - but it wasn't a 1000lb or 500lb bomb.
- verdverm 3y agoConsidering Hamas rockets have high failure rates (1/5 of thousands iirc), that is still the most plausible explanation. An AA missile would have to be fired very early and go very astray to cause this incident.
