- JohnFen 3y agoInteresting. It was part of the slang vocabulary at my high school, roughly 40 years ago.
- hotnfresh 3y agoWonder if it’s a regional or subculture thing that only spread to everywhere relatively recently?
- JohnFen 3y agoThat must be the case. But I've seen it used online for a lot of years as well, so I don't think it's strongly geographical. It may have to do with what crowds you tend to run with. This reminds me a lot of when my daughter was a teenager and started using terms like LOL, etc. She thought they were modern and was shocked to learn that they'd been in use from well before she was born.
