Are banks that can't spell their clients names are likely to have KYC reporting/compliance issues as well.
- eru 3y agoAnd there's already laws and regulations that punish those issues.
- bastawhiz 3y agoThere is really no reason that two laws passed for different purposes can require the same standards be upheld.
- sangnoir 3y agoI am not suggesting that ine law be applied to remedy the transgression of q different law. I meant that banks are "forced" to be accurate by multiple laws, and it's in the bank's interest to fix its encoding challenges.
