SiFive Lays Off Hundreds of RISC-V Developers (Update)
- dkjaudyeqooe 3y agoSo in reality they let go about 20% of their workforce. This seems to be roughly inline with what's happening elsewhere in the industry. I suspect they've realised (like others) that funding is going to be much tighter going forward, or at least valuations less attractive, so they're adjusting their burn rate accordingly.
