Yes, "why is X wrong?" and "I like X" are equivalent sentences. You know, I can understand that you find it difficult to articulate why you find it icky for grown men to have sex with teenagers, but you aren't obliged to say anything if you have nothing to say, when someone asks why that is wrong. You don't have to make an ass out of yourself.
