I’ve got 5+ rides with each platform and would agree with this assessment. Cruise rides generally have a few uncomfortable moments per ride with some erratic swerving or sudden unexplained stops. Waymo rides feel much more predictable and human like. Although note that “human like” and “smooth” rides do not necessarily mean safer, but qualitatively Waymo feels that way.
