I highly doubt driverless cars will have an actually positive impact with regards to reducing traffic, nor that they can go uninsured, nor that they will be a cheap option for commuting. They might be safer than human drivers, but there are already superior solutions to that in the form of transportation systems that are not overly focused on cars.
