There's no integrations with other systems right now. I want to use customer feedback to drive things like that (to try to avoid building for the sake of building). I hadn't considered some kind of Slack integration at all, though. Interesting. And I'm using Telnyx as the SMS provider. I actually built it originally with Twilio, but was turned off by slow support and decided to pivot right before getting into customers hands. Working well so far!
