Interesting. Is there a Slack integration? That is, someone who monitors the messaage can easily escalate to someone in Slack and get that reply (without having to actually give that person in Slack access to Rather Text).
Also, who are you using for SMS?
- pjbrown11 3y agoThere's no integrations with other systems right now. I want to use customer feedback to drive things like that (to try to avoid building for the sake of building). I hadn't considered some kind of Slack integration at all, though. Interesting. And I'm using Telnyx as the SMS provider. I actually built it originally with Twilio, but was turned off by slow support and decided to pivot right before getting into customers hands. Working well so far!
