Learned something new today, I'm surprised it's as low as 4%. Guess that explains some of the comments here.

    It's interesting to square with ~13% of adults taking antidepressants. Though sure, depression can be more than (and even exclude) suicidal thoughts. (From https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db377.htm https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db377.htm )

      That's scary high. Those aren't candy, and that's prescription based so a doctor must have evaluated the patient and seen fit to prescribe these.
