  It's very likely to be cheaper and better than Comcast at least.

    If they're not aiming to clear that bar, I think we should bin it. I was actually really interested to hear what kinds of numbers they can pull off. I hate Comcast, and I hate my local provider even worse.

  It's been much cheaper than the local mono/duopoly providers in all the other cities it's been done in so far your skepticism is unearned.

    I'm not skeptical. I should have said "How cheap*..." Given that it's the whole goal of the project, you'd think they might have come up with a number.
