Biden Administration announces 31 regional tech hubs

Distribute tech research and manufacturing across the country, jump-start the availability of high-income jobs in LCOL regions, and generally share the absurd concentration of tech wealth with more people. It's notable that not a single tech hub is designated in California. This is the first tangible effort I've seen in the last 2-3 administrations of attempting to revive American manufacturing in places ranging from mid-size relevance in tech, to places that are foreign to traditional tech investment. Obama ignored the "flyover" states, Trump was all talk and no walk.
