Always? They have been very clear about trying to avoid civilian casualties. Saying they are not always successful doesn't prove anything when you are fighting an entrenched enemy that is using human shields.

- hersko 3y agoRofl are you serious? Human shield is something like launching rockets from a playground, the roof of an apartment building, a mosque etc. Having a village a mile *behind* the border wall is not a human shield.
