So let me get that straight: they want to allow Chat Control only on fixed-line networks? Do they have landline phones in Sweden that can run chat apps?
That looks like a spoiler tactic to me.

- denton-scratch 3y agoYou can't chat over wifi, unless the person you're chatting with is in the same house, unless your wifi is provided by an internet gateway.
