Sending certified mail in the United States absolutely does not require showing any identification at all. You can even do it all online.
- pixl97 3y agoI'd be very wary of committing a potential fraudulent action over certified mail itself. Doing so will allow an entirely different police force to investigate you, and one that may be much more willing to investigate if the victim brings a claim you're committing fraudulent actions via the postal service.
