Destruction wasn't that big explosion-wise, a lot of burning propellant / fuel but nothing blast-wise. Overturned car, small crater and ~15m next to the building some roof tiles slid off. The death toll is awful, and it did a lot of damage in casualties - but blast-wise, it wasn't close to what a JDAM would do.
