My first reaction was to ask: who is the author?I wish it was someone with good CTO credentials under their, but it doesn't tell me anything. I've been cto at 3 companies over the last 10 years, and maybe I'm getting old and impatient, but I think as others say, this feels more of a book for the just-graduated CTO that finds himself in the role as a cofounder (I do technical advising to those) . In my experience the more you've been in the role, the more specific info you look for, like the Accelerate book.
