Not yet. Give it time. Some really smart folks in China and a bit of espionage at ASML and some reverse engineering and trial and error and in probably less than a decade they’ll be surpassing the west.
- simonblack 3y agoSuch hubris on the part of the West. Without the profits on sales to the huge Chinese market, where are the companies like Nvidia going to get enough capital to fund research on future development? Know who's going to get lots of research funding from all those Chinese sales? Huawei, that's who.
