That alone might be sufficient explanation for the continued halting of development.
- mattigames 3y agoAt this point in time undocumented Venezuelans would be by far the biggest risk. But to be fair saying influx of undocumented people -regardless of nationality- would more accurate given that Panama has a bigger GDP per capita than every single country in South America.
