Feel free to see my other post, it's a misunderstanding to think Amazon hasn't focused on the other parts of their engine, including the renderer.

- redder23 3y agoIt was Cryengine 2 when Amazon bought the rights? Cryengine 3 is used in Wolcen for example, it seems some devs still chose Cryengine 3 over o3de, at least the Wolcen devs did. I would be curious what the differences are by now between o2de engine and the latest Cryengine version because there is quite some time past after "the split". And they have to pay to use Cryengine 3.
