OP here, thanks for your kind words! Yes, the display is intended to look at when you're about to go outside and deciding what to wear. It's not intended to replace a weather app. Also, when my kids were younger, we had a LaCrosse display that had a guy dressed icon, and the kids really embraced the idea of using it to guide their choice of what to wear. But to each their own. At some point I realized that cooking for myself didn't really save money, but it did allow me to tailer whatever I ate to be just what I wanted. Same here, this display fills a particular need for me. If you want more details, and to not have the guy dressed icon acting as a summary, then more power to you.
