If this is nondilutive could MS buy up these shares and get >50% and gain control of the company? OpenAi probably sold way too cheap last round, MS's $10 billion could end up being the steal of the decade.
- AntonyGarand 3y ago> OpenAI is not issuing new shares. The deal would allow the company’s employees to sell their existing shares. Seems like there are no new shares being generated, this is good for MS and early investors
