I haven’t read about NeonDB before but a brief search of their docs doesn’t mention ZFS. Postgres.ai uses ZFS to implement the snapshots, branching, etc.
I’d be very interested in a comparison of the two.
- nikita 3y agoNo ZFS. ZFS is not "cloud native" - we build our storage for the cloud and for Postgres from the ground up.
