Ask HN: Linux/degoogled-Android tablet options
- eks391 3y agoI found this product and am leaning towards it, because it could adopt the roles of both my PC and phone, since it can run both Linux and Android aplications as a degoogled fork of ChromeOS. I still have reservations, so I am interested to hear other recommendations for tablets as well as any comments on this product.
- not_your_vase 3y agoWith the rise of convertibles you can find quite a lot of machines that will be happy to run Linux, especially if you go for 2+ years old models. Of course there are things like PineTab, which is more like a fun hobby project rather than a serious daily-driver machine; and Librem also, but Purism has crazy pricing.
