Not smart enough to comment on the science but a pet peeve of mine is > When humans are hungry and running low on active energy, our bodies enter survival mode We are always in “survival mode.” Using that term instead of describing the changes occurring (do our cells change their metabolic pathway? Are certain processes suspended?) is very lazy writing.
