Since POSIX requires fork, threads and signal handling, looking forward to it.

  There are being implemented. There is a limitation about signal handling, it can interrupt a process during a sys call

        So if I set specific process configuration as per what POSIX allows, do a fork(), I assume the child process will inherit it as expected?

        In the near future, yes. Fork is already supported. The OS is under development.
