Meta is really the worst company I have dealt with in the past. We are trying to advertise with a budget of 700€ per month (in total over 50.000€) and they just can't figure out the payment process. First they wouldn't let us add credit cards or normal accounts, just Paypal.. okay Then (after many support calls and cases always by different agents of course) they activated our credit card. One payment got through then no more. Meanwhile on Meta side the "unpaid balance" is rising because they won't charge the card (support didn't help, mixed us up twice and invited us to a video call that was booked by someone else already) Total madness. They just won't let us pay them
