doesn't quite fit the definition but at my work we use Vertex Workbench quite extensively. the rest of the organization is still with archaic IT practices, so it is quite liberating that we have full control (within reason) of our development environment when everything is set up. its workflow is still quite at its infancy though. but the SaaS route has allowed teams new to adopting to best practices still benefit from them, while they move towards adopting them.
