The thing here that confuses me is that the DoE is definitely the gov't agency I most associate with Health. \s Why are we giving so much wait to the organization that says "Energy" in the name over one that says "Health" in the name? And is there a convincing reason that's not: "It's the department I agree with the most on this issue."
