European budget airline staff get rather annoyed if people are messing about and slowing down boarding. There's only minimal cleaning during the day. Mostly just collecting litter and putting magazines etc back in their place. Ryanair planes don't even have a seat pocket; the safety card is a large sticker on the back of the seat in front. After an inbound flight, boarding can start just a few minutes later.
