European Central Bank moves 'digital euro' to next phase
- kdwikzncba 3y agoI still don't understand what this is about > It would give people the option to use central bank money in a digital format, complementing banknotes and coins. Don't we already have that? I have a bank account and I can move Euros around. Someone ELI5?
