My X (bought new phone in December when it was released) was at 85+% on the battery. I replace it with a 15 because it was dropping off the OS bandwagon, needed more storage, battery life, lightning port getting fiddly. The OS support was the stake in the heart. If not for that I would have looked into getting the phone serviced with a new battery and port, and cleaned up some storage.
