One of my favorite A500 demos of the old times is Technological Death by Mad Elks. It's 5 minutes of mad and unhinged fun. It was a strong inspiration for me to try hard on my PC work, and while I got to work on pretty decent and even popular PC demos in 93-96, I never came remotely close to doing something like it. The overall best classic A500 demo for me is probably Arte by Sanity.
