If you consider that winter is coming, the 430W heater under the desk isn't a bad idea...
- saltcured 3y agoIf only there were some kind of information pump that could convert heat into information and vice versa. Then you could decide which calculations to run depending on whether you want to cool or heat your room. ;-)
- Arrath 3y agoConversely, in climates that don't experience much winter, I'm wondering how feasible it is to either duct the exhaust air directly outside or run long hoses on my radiator and put it outside. Get that hot air out of here!
- Arnavion 3y ago(I know it's a joke, but...) Only if your alternative heating was through electric resistive heating. Natural gas heaters and electric heat pumps will both provide 430W heat with less than 430W electricity usage.
