I had heard of this law but didn't know it only tickets if you're 11 MPH over the limit. It will be interesting to see what effect their presence actually has. Also, will they have 2-month warning periods if they install cameras in new locations, after the initial rollout? If the purpose is to give people warning, then that would seem appropriate.
