That's exactly what "make something people love" means. To love a product means to pay money for it.
- psychoslave 3y agoI love air, consciouness and wall on forests. :)
- didibus 3y agoPeople love all kind of things that aren't necessarily ethical, or good for them, good for society, etc.
- refactor_master 3y agoBut does anyone really, actually love enterprise accounting software? Or do they pay money for it because it’s a means towards something they actually love?
- aksss 3y agoI believe I have met such a person.
- ceejayoz 3y agoMy health insurance makes people money, but I don't love my health insurance.
- zooq_ai 3y agotry not having health insurance... and you'll realize how much you'll love it
- ceejayoz 3y agoIt would be a mistake to conflate being glad not to owe $250k in medical costs with loving the system that perpetuates bills of that nature in the first place.
- coffeebeqn 3y agoI love your business of not shooting me in my driveway. I’ll gladly pay $1000 a month for that! I’m in love!
- zooq_ai 3y agoThat can be said of any product. If the system had given me a personal chef, I don't need to go to fancy restaurants
- ceejayoz 3y ago"I love the ambiance and social aspect of a fancy restaurant" wouldn't be implausible, even for someone with a private chef at their beck and call. "I relish paying my health insurance bill" is a bit different.
- zooq_ai 3y agoNo one relishes paying for anything. It is the benefits that they receive after getting the said product / service. And some relish is just absence of pain
- RosanaAnaDana 3y ago> To love a product means to pay money for it. We need a word for these kind of randian sociopathies.
