Yet somehow this isn't of any interest to those people making claims of "Israeli apartheid" and demanding boycotts and so on. Very one-sided.

Even if it was true that there is nobody who has principles (and it's not true, not at all, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol8xhTySKfM&t=266s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol8xhTySKfM&t=266s), that would just be an opportunity for you or me or anyone to be the first human in history to have principles, instead of just an allegiance to a political group.
