  I would guess tweaker shit is the type of drivel one comes up with whilst tweaking (i.e. being under the influence of amphetamines).

  Speed blogging a solution to the worlds problems manifesto between alternating lines of coke and meth. I'm not sure if that fits the author in this instance, but that's certainly the image I walk away with from the GP comment.

    In Canada Poppers are mixing tobacco with Cannabis In the US Poppers is Amyl Nitrate and used for relaxing your rectum for anal sex. When I showed Canadians urban dictionary and what Americans call poppers they couldn't believe it

      In fairness, I'm Canadian and I have never heard anyone describe mixing tobacco and weed as a "popper".
